This interactive program offers insights into your own work style and communication “hot buttons.” You will not only explore situations that challenge you most, you’ll learn to manage your emotions and to express your opinions in a productive way that leads to acceptance and agreement.

In 2017, he won Digital Trainer of the Year as voted by Carnegie’s global clients. As of 2020, he has facilitated and produced over 7,000 hours of online training. Over the last 5 years, he has been the keynote speaker around the world for industry conferences like Hospitality Next Generation (HTNG), the Retail Executive Summit (RES), and the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC).
Prior to joining Carnegie in 2005, David spent 10 years in the Information Technology Sector as a Business Analyst & Project Manager for hire with companies like Hewlett-Packard, One America, and the United Way.
