The Instructional Designer is part of a dynamic, forward-thinking training team at Temple Harrisburg. The Instructional Designer designs and enhances highly interactive credit and non-credit offerings for internal and external stakeholders to promote a learner-focused culture. The Instructional Designer supports program offerings across a variety of modalities including onsite, blended, online, and synchronous and asynchronous eLearning delivery through the use of workshops, trainings and individual consultation. The Instructional Designer works directly and collaboratively with program directors and staff, instructors, faculty and subject matter experts to research, plan, design, develop, evaluate, and revise courses, workshops, and materials, emphasizing best practices in instructional design and effective use of technology for teaching and learning, including accessible and inclusive design principles. Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction by delivering the best customer experience, quality of services, and value to ensure the highest recommendations and return business. The Learning and Technology Project Manager must have a passion for technology and a desire to develop a deep understanding of all features and functions of learning platforms and supporting components.
