Kathleen is owner/operator of The Power of Possibilities, LLC, which provides training and coaching to businesses and nonprofit agencies and personal growth workshops to individuals. Among the unique services she offers are Rent-a-Boss Services and Life Planning Parties. Prior to starting her own business in 2011, Kathleen was the Director of Consultation and Education for the Lancaster County Office of Mental Health/Mental Retardation/Early Intervention, where she worked for twenty-two years. She is a member of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce's Women in Business Mentoring Program and an incoming board member of the Lancaster Express Network chapter of the American Business Women. She has also been a journalist, Middle School History and English teacher, a freelance writer, a legal secretary, and a member of the United States Army. Kathleen earned her coaching certification from the International Coach Federation in 2011. She is a graduate of Millersville University and has graduate credits in Training and Development from Penn State Harrisburg.
