Vice President of Membership Candidate:  Mike Lovell

In mid-career I left a senior line-management position as Commercial Systems Controller for a large Power Generating Company and took a leap-of-faith into the world of consulting.

Over the next twenty years I built and led successful consulting practices for several international consulting companies. This experience includes Public Utilities, airlines, banking, postal services and the public sector.

My consulting career opened the door to a world of possibilities and career experiences that went way beyond what any single regular job could ever have offered.

I am now returning to the world of consulting after some years of running my own publishing business. My new business is to teach and coach people to how to be Great Consultants.

Throughout my career I have always been active as a board member/office holder in professional associations as a way of “giving back.”

Vice President of Programs Candidate:  Donna Kasznel

Donna Kasznel is the Coordinator of the Strategic Project Management Office for Ready Training, Inc. (RTO). In this role, she collaborates with the Project Management office on innovative projects that allow RTO to provide exceptional learning management solutions for our clients.

Prior to joining RTO in 2020, Donna worked in higher education as an advisor and student success coach at Western Kentucky University, specifically for Online and Distance Learning program. She researched coaching strategies, designed and implemented content for an online coaching program, engaged speakers for student enrichment programs and webinars, monitored student progress, and encouraged retention. She also organized marketing and recruiting initiatives and events for the Online Learning division, as well as creating and improving the department’s social media presence.

While living in Kentucky, Donna was a Court Appointed Special Advocate volunteer for South Central KY’s Family Court System, advocating for at-risk children. She also volunteered as a driver to transport rescue dogs from animal shelters to rescue/adoption societies. Now that she is back in her home state, she is continuing her work with animal rescue societies here, and is committed to finding other opportunities to serve the community in her new home, Lancaster County, PA. She also welcomed her first grandchild in March and is looking forward to spending time with her family.

Donna joined the Central Pennsylvania ATD Chapter in 2020 and is excited for the opportunity to provide quality programs for the Central Pennsylvania ATD Chapter members.
