Over the last decade, the trend toward increased remote working environments has been slowly moving into the culture of organizations of all types. And now… many of us find ourselves forced into this way of working. With an abrupt transition like this, many have not had the time or experiences to develop effective work habits while being at home.

Join us for this free, virtual, interactive workshop where we explore and assess our own workstyles in five key areas of health and wellness which are:

  • Nutrition
  • Mind Balance
  • Sleep
  • Hydration
  • Movement

Once registered you will receive a Zoom link and password to access the event. Additionally, you will receive a Virtual Classroom Quick Reference Card that outlines the variety of tools that you will be asked to use during the workshop.

Speaker Bio:

Paul Fisher is founder and principal of Elevate Legacy, a firm specializing in individual and group coaching using a holistic and balanced approach to wellness.

Working in technology for more than 20 years, Paul realized how the long hours, stressful work environment, and lack of focus on health was affecting him personally and professionally. It took a number of years to turn his own health around; but that journey drives the mission of Elevate Legacy.

That mission includes wanting to help you elevate your wellness faster than he did, so you can be a better leader, inspire your team, and be more present for those you care about most. You can absolutely create success while you feel your best, not instead of it.

Paul calls Pittsburgh, PA home where he lives with his wife and daughter
