The last year has brought more than its fair share of conflicts to our organizations and world. The dramatic pandemic response, remote work and diversity and equity have required us to be more aware and inclusive in the ways we address conflict.

Join Chris Fitz from Advoz - a Lancaster non-profit for Mediation & Restorative Practices and Becky Becker SPHR, SCP from Work4Accord,LLC as we introduce three pillars – attitudes, skills, and structures – that can empower you to help build a healthy workplace.

This promises to be an interactive and engaging event in which we will actively discover:

1. Conflict awareness - Healthy vs. Unhealthy

  • Restorative Justice triangle
  • Structure of Conflict Resolution
  • Restorative Practice Culture - Social Discipline Window

2. Communication behavior – Babbling game

3. Group facilitation structure - Circle Process

If you work to improve KSAs around effective communication, empathy or better listening skills, please attend.
